3 day winter wild camping bushcraft and painting trip on a beautiful Scots pine forest and wild boar territory, this is part one. I did not see the wild pigs but I heard them all the time at dawn and dusk. Visible signs of their presence were everywhere, upturned earth and moss together with their scat. They were curious about me being there for sure. Usually they are very shy, but this lot did not seem to mind me being there at all. On the first day, all I did was set up camp, gather wood and water and cook an omellete over the campfire box. The rest of the trip was dedicated to painting and exploring the forest. That will be on part two next week or so.
The dappled light in the forest was stunning to witness and a perfect subject to paint. Super hard though. In the evenings it was the full moon's turn to put on the light show.
New videos every week, thanks for watching!
