I miss Shinjuku. I was there for the first time in May. I loved the Isetan shopping mall. The shop ladies were so nice and friendly. They talked to me in Japanese and I was able to practice. They even gave me origami paper as a gift. Such a special moment.

Although some things could have not been accomplished as planned your new video is quite a success for showing the vibrant weekend Shinjuku atmosphere. At least people in Tokyo are blessed with such a warm weather, while in Europe we have temperatures below 0°C, strong winds, floods, etc. It seems that all over the world there are troubles with weather conditions: tornados in USA, then eartquakes all around - even in NYC one smaller with epicenter in Astoria, but of course Japan has been hit in the most severe way. All the prayers for the victims.🙏🙏🙏 By the way I read about some building fire in Tokyo with some injured people - perhaps your cam wittnessed that. Lately you have been challenged with some time crunches: last minute luggage check in, running to catch the special train in Kyoto, 15 minute lunch time in Osaka, as well as the gung-ho meal at Shinjuku. It becomes tensely as in movies but the most important is, that you could have managed everything so well. The observatory night visit was highlight for sure and the strolling in the lighted up park afterwards, as well. Yes, good job as always, dear Rion. You have simply spoiled your viewers and we cannot expect nothing less than that. Stay safe, healthy and in best mood no matter what happend. God bless!!!!GAAOOO.......

明けましておめでとうございます! Thank you for another nice video, Rion-san. 😊 Since you were looking for a bentō around Shinjuku station, I need to give an honourable mention to the food hall of Odakyu HALC department store. I visited Tokyo twice last year, and in October was there with my 15-year-old daughter who absolutely fell with love with one of the bentō stalls at Odakyu HALC. There was this one old lady salesperson whom my daughter found lovely and whose bentō were excellent. We did buy bentō boxes at that stall altogether 3 times, I believe, during our week in Tokyo. Obviously there are other good vendors too but I just needed to mention this one because my daughter was so impressed. Just in case the positive feedback might by any chance reach that place. 😊

In spite everything not happened as planned the newest video has been a succes for showing such a vibrant Shinjuku weekend atmosphere. Quite a pleasant stroll in such a nice weather. As for me the highlights were night visit of the observatory as well as the lighted up park afterwards. Anyhow, dear Rion, you have spoiled your viewers not to expect anything less than that.
