Well the kids have Got the car packed and they’re all excited and ready to go. I just got off the phone with Grandma and Grandpa to let them know which way we’re heading and when we should be in town. This is important in case something were to happening they know where to send help. Grandpa reminded me to add that flashlight along with the extra batteries, the water, some extra food, along with the blankets these are in case something were to happen and we get stranded.
Now if we do get stranded you remember to stay with our car so rescuers can find us. don’t wander off there’s too many hazards, too much danger out there and it to me would be like looking for a contact lens in your front yard to from your house.
Now to stay warm we’re going to huddle up with the blankets and we’re going to run the car for about 10 minutes every hour. we want to make sure we keep the exhaust pipe clear so that we don’t get any carbon monoxide buildup in the car and it’s important somebody stay awake while the car is running so that there is no carbon monoxide build up as well.
If we just follow the simple things if we ever get stranded then will be able to get to grandma grandpa’s for Christmas and will have a great holiday and I hope you all have a great holiday Merry Christmas as well this is Kevin Young with Young Hearts education and were building confidence through knowledge.
