Can we take a moment to appreciate how hard all this is. He is building out a van from scratch while living in it at a Home Depot parking lot during the winter. FF is amazing! He can do just about everything - and does it all in freezing temps with no gloves on! My arthritic hands hurt just watching Lol. Then the meals he cooks!!! Actually, you don't have to swap the fuse - Just put another fuse at the battery - Make the fuse at the battery 5 A higher than the heater. Fuse at the battery blows, cable problem - Fuse at the heater blows, heater problem.

!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my diesel heater filter and removed all air pockets in the fuel line and the pump became quite !!!!!!!!! put the fuel above the intake of the fuel pump !! stay warm!!!!!!

If you paint (seal) one side of wood, even plywood, and not the other, they will warp over time because they will expand and contract unevenly from one side to the other. This is the number one reason why I see peoples homemade cabinets fail, they paint the outside but not the inside.

From Alberta: built a van past summer, using for trips in the winter. You : built-in during winter while living in it... You are crazy haha. Good job. Opt for insulation.. during -20C nights everything changes... You feel every cold corner that does exist
