Nice but the only suggestion I have is the order of doing things. I do basically everything you just did but in this order : Drain the fuel and run the mower dry. While the engine is still warm, drain the oil. Now here is where I differ. Now that you have No Fuel AND No Oil in the mower, NOW is a better time to flip it over to clean, sharpen blades remove wheels, etc. BEFORE adding oil back into the machine. This way you really don't have to worry about which way your flipping it and I also remove the spark plug and put some oil in it before I put it to top dead center. Just my way/order of doing it. Leave the oil refill for last.

That's a great lawn mower. My mower is a Craftsman branded Murray that was picked up from the curb that somebody was getting rid of. Had a sign on it that said "free, won't start". I opened up the air box and the filter was so full of dirt and grass clippings the engine couldn't breathe. With no air filter it started in 2 pulls. Did the basic maintenance to it and I'm still using that machine today. This was back in 2013 when I rescued it. I'm still amazed at people who buy things and then don't try to even learn how to properly take care of them. $5 for a filter but they'd rather go and buy a whole new lawn mower 🤦
