Hi, yes, it's copper. It is known as dead soft wire and it is very malleable due to this When it's thin like that, it is very easy to manipulate, and it softens a bit more when it is warm.

@@Breakdafunklooseforever Hi there, it will oxidize (darken) but copper jewellery rarely goes green as it needs prolonged exposure to moisture. You can polish it periodically to bring the shine back.
