Thank you for this video. I want a video on the role of the third assistant and the second camera

Third assistants aren’t very common in my market - more 1st AC, 2nd AC then Utility and Camera PA But thanks, I’ll try to look more into those, what market are you in?

I already miss that classic: „Hello“. I also got that wheel extender thing. That velcro around is a great idea which I will immediately copy lol. I built more of a all in one solution with the camera plate on my 703 and a teradek unit with included v mount plates (I know V-mount=💩 but that’s what most people in Europe use)

Hello! ;) A good move with the 703, I see most ACs using those nowadays. The newer smallhd monitors having swappable battery plates is such a good idea. Hahah if the V-mount system works for you (and is the standard in your market), then that’s all that matters!

Yes it's a bit dark, but BEAUTIFUL! Is this shot on BMPCC 6K? What was your lighting setup?

Glad I could help! Trying to get more people to be aware as it’s a huge problem (especially for RED, Panasonic, and Blackmagic stuff - luckily on Sony and Arri it’s less common to happen)

Thanks for all the ideas shared in this video, very well explained . However, please shoot these videos with a lighter wardrobe if you persist using a dark background, or use a brighter overall wardrobe and background, because it's almost imposible to see sometimes what you are trying to show, specially when the small parts like the rods, cables, clamps, cage are already black and you are not showing close ups of them. Please!!!! Check your exposure when you shoot the video or brightness before exporting the final video next time. Thanks again!!!

You seams pretty ready mate hgood job. Well one piece of advice. I would upgrade that monitor to at least a Indi7. 2nd I bought my self a teradek 4 yearsa god and change it last year to the 4k 750. and now having 3 RX. I am mostly getting hire when I AC cuz of that :) Cheers up !

Hi, really interesting comment. I m looking to buy a small hd min monitor. Why would you recommend the indie 7 over the 702 touch ?

Buy stripes of Velcro at Home Depot or Lowes (or order it online) and then use scissors to cut it

Hi, nice video. Do you recommend Blackmagic Video assist 12g which is 2500 nits brighter? Any recommendations? All the best!
@JacobVossFilms

Not a fan of Blackmagic panels. Don’t really see any professionals using that either. Would still recommend SmallHD 702 Bright or Touch for more brightness. Spring for a 703 if you need more than that

Nice breakdown, but you should have filmed this at a brighter exposure. You can hardly see the product in the dark environment.
