Recipe:
Cabbage
Salt and cane sugar
1 carrot
1 fresh cucumber
1 large red apple
1 red onion
1 lemon (juice)
50 ml olive oil
20 grams of honey
1 teaspoon mustard
Finely chop the cabbage and place in a bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and sugar and knead the cabbage with your hands to soften it.
Peel the carrot and grate it on a grater, add it to the bowl.
Grate the cucumber on the same grater and add it to the carrot.
Grate the apple and add it to the salad.
Cut the red onion into half rings and add to the salad.
Mix the salad with cabbage.
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
For the dressing, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, honey and mustard.
Dress the salad with it and mix well.
