My property and cabin is about 8 miles from there. When you leave the park, and go back to 821, if you turn left, about a half mile is Patty’s Place. A great little restaurant I eat at a lot when I’m out here. I’m about 6 miles from The Wilds. Definitely worth a visit. I subscribed to your channel. I live in Wheeling.

Great video. That campgrounds seems very laid back. We love your fishing segment. I can see a kayak in our future. You guys be safe.

Thanks so much! It was a very relaxing place to camp, but that’s because there were so few campers there. Not sure it would be the same in weekends. You would love kayaking! ❤️

We have Wolf Run booked for later this year..late September. We retire next month so we have lots of weekday camping planned. I reserved site 22 for something different. Non electric site. We go to Jefferson Lake after Wolf Run with another non electric site. I recently upgrade our batteries and we can do about five days without shore power. Anyway, I digress. Thank you for your videos. As The Stranger said in The Big Lebowski, I like your style dude!

Congratulations on your upcoming retirement, and welcome to weekday camping! Site 22 is a really nice site with a great view of the lake, we fished a little at 24, which was similar and vacant at the time. We’re booked at Jefferson later this summer, one of the few electric sites. Thanks for becoming one of our subscribers! 😍 We dig your style too, man! 🤣

@@rollingwiththestonescamping Thank you! By the way, is your goal to make it to every Ohio SP or everyone with camping? I heard you say you were up to 30 in the other video. We are at 19 and adding 6 new ones this year. I believe there are 45 parks with camping. We are doing some Pennsylvania and New York camping this year as well. We also just got back from a three weeker to Miami, Florida and back. We love the National Parks as well. Trying to talk my wife into Kayaks. Looks relaxing.

@@tims4558 pretty much just those with electric campsites, except for a couple we might skip. How about we talk about our camping goals in more detail on our next video - stay tuned! Kayaks are definitely relaxing, especially in smaller lakes that don’t allow motorized boats. Do it!! 😁

The sites looked big and grassy. Did the bass master get a bass. LIKED THE SONG.

The bass master did not get a bass as we were using jigs to catch crappie. We wanted to catch em and fry em up. Joe's been obsessed lately with watching KZitems of how to catch, clean and cook crappie. Apparently, they're much easier to catch than bass but we didn't catch many. Thanks for watching and liking the song!
