I found this cover a year ago, around the same time I found The Kingkiller Chronicles. Both this song and that story are synonymous with each other for me now. I listen to this on repeat while reading the books. The tragedy of Kvothes life seems to fit so perfectly with the tone of this song.

Is your lute 15 strings? I don't have one but I do have a dulcimer and a mandolin.
