@@UntotesSchafYou can get coupons from ads in flyers or off the Internet specifically for certain stores or restaurants. Despite what this shows, most coupons are under a dollar. I use coupons, but most are for items I don't buy. There's also the catch 22 printed on most coupons "Not valid with other offers". This prevents what this clip shows. If it didn't, there would be far more people doing what this shopper did. The companies would lose too much money.

@@viciousyeen6644that's a FEDERAL CRIME. But yea go off and get yourself a DECADE in FEDERAL PRISON. I hope you enjoy it. It'll be the greatest saving you EVER made. An entire DECADE living for absolutely NOTHING. Living COMPLETELY free. No rent no electricity bills no gas bills no insurance no vehicle no gas no healthcare bills. NO NOTHING. Enjoy. The stores are EASILY able to track who used them. Even if you use different stores and different chains. They ignore it and let you think you won. They're hoping you're dumb enough to get other people using them. They ignore it till it passes the threshold to become a FEDERAL offence and then snap you up on MAJOR charges. Some got entire life sentences. And if you told others to do it, sold them or even have some to a struggling family member that immediately ups it to being even BIGGER charges and you'll get MULTIPLE decades. And the idiots you gave them to will ALSO get locked up. Except anyone who only used one and is willing to testify against you to keep THEIR asses out of prison. And if you printed them your printer has a super fun little feature where EVERY printer has an individual identification mark you can't see but cops can immediately tell if you printed the item or not. Even when and where. It was added because of all the bomb threats in like the 80s and 90s. They also can find out if you printed it somewhere else and they WILL. They treat it EXACTLY the same as FORGERY. And you would really have to be an absolute FOOL to think you WON'T immediately have secret service on your ass. EVERY large store has an open channel with the secret service for coupon forgeries. They let it build up to being enough to be a felony and guarantees the conviction and THEN they come swoop your ass up at gun point and treat you like a mob boss. They're NOT knocking on your door. They're surrounding your house one night with with swat teams and they're coming smashing through every window and door you have, throwing flash bangs, screaming orders and pointing their rifles at you with their fingers ON the trigger. If you don't do EXACTLY what they say you very well could end up leaking out on the floor. And if you have a family they're also going to be treated like that and traumatised because of YOUR dumbass. If you have a dog... Welp NOT after you won't because they almost ALWAYS shoot the dogs. You're bragging about being willing to accept ALLLL that JUST to make a few fake coupons. Which by the way FORCES the company to add all the theft onto the price of their products which makes it MORE expensive for those of us who AREN'T scumbags and do the right thing. To help your cashier, all the foods and sodas with deals and coupons...have them organized on the belt, produce is the one that takes the longest so have them on the belt first, let them know how much of each product that you have. Hand them all the rebates, credits, and coupons ready and be patient, be helpful. As the cashier takes care of them, help by sacking and loading the groceries so they don't have to do it all. Have cash/ cards at the ready to speed things along. Preparation, organization, patience, helpfulness, speed, and a pleasant attitude will go a long way. I learned this on both sides of the counter. Talk to your customers, you never know what you will learn...a new recipe, cooking hacks, maybe a new opportunity and you may end up having fun at the job. I know I do.

I had a boyfriend who spent his sunday mornings cutting out his coupons from the supermarket pamphlet, and then reading the newspapers sales segment and planning when he would go here or there for the sales. So sometimes we'd take the car to go buy products because it was on sale in a perticular place... I guess it made him feel safe, but it seemed obsessional to me, and I really don't think it was worth spending all this mental energy for saving a few bucks a months.

What are these coupons? Are they just a discount off a price, or are they to get an item for free? Or a percentage off a bill? They seem an odd unproductive way to pay less out shopping- why don't the stores and companies just set prices that are more reasonable across the board & save all that labour? IIRC, the Coco only spent like a week in jail and Kristen's Character was sentenced to about 11 months in jail when they were both facing 40 years in prison for this. 💡 The only sad part was that KC was PREGNANT when she was sentenced to jail and would be giving birth in jail! 😱😳☢️😵💫

It takes money to make money (investment wise). When you're young, work your ass off (two jobs, saving every dollar) and learn how to invest, and the power of compound interest, and how to use MONEY to MAKE MONEY. Once you have enough money saved up to use to generate more money, (day trading or what-have-you), then cut back to one job, and focus on the trading or investing or whatever your plan is. Because of the HUGE effect of time and compound interest or trade returns, start as YOUNG as possible (get a job at 16 or earlier, and save all that money). If you _obsess_ about this topic, the average person could retire at the age of 40. For those who really 'get it' and have natural talent, multi-millionaire to literal billionaire range is possible -- it just takes a true understanding of the relevant math (which is not especially complicated). The foundation, mathematically, is the fact that doubling any amount of money (whatever you have in your wallet right now, for example) approximately 20 times, will make you very rich. Check your wallet. Let's say you have $43 in there, left over from shopping. Double it 20 times. What do you get? Forty-five million bucks. The most important thing is that you don't have to double all of your money, all at once. You can do it in little bits. Even if it takes you a year to double your money, that's fine. If you do that 20 years in a row, the math still works out to $45 million. I can't explain everything in a single comment, which is why people (especially teens) should obsess over this concept. The fact is, working at any job is not going to make you rich. You MUST use money to MAKE MONEY.
@haze7754

People have jobs and kids with activities already, so please stop saying it as if 10-20 minutes a week of coupon clipping will save you nearly an entire grocery bill…at ONE store.
