You’re right, yesterday I found a comment from a lady stating, “I want a Godly man.” When I visited her page she has a playlist with the name “Secular Music.” By the videos alone she was not lying being secular music. Came back to her comment and wrote, “You need to align yourself with God. ‘Seek first the kingdom of God and His Justice, everything else will fall in their place.’ By listening that type of music you’re opening a portal for Satan and his demons into your life.” Let’s hope she does what she needs to do to accomplish anything on God’s name and honor.

Y’all missing the point OP made. A man who “Loves” God. Big difference. Being religious, going to church, and evangelizing doesn’t automatically mean you love God. Unfortunately we can do all those things without giving ourselves completely to God to change us. The Bible talks about this. Hence reason to watch people’s actions and not what they say. You can’t say you love God and not exhibit the fruit of the Spirit. Loving God requires death to self (flesh) and picking up your cross to live your life for him so that you can bear fruit. Galatians 5:19-23 lays out what actions to look for. Have a blessed day.

We are at the beginning of the end of times. Marriage is from God because God created Eve from Adam and gave him Eve, and this is where God created marriage. So marriage is from God but Satan is against everything that belongs to God, and this is why the devil made many youths single, to divorce, to make abortion, enforced them to be engaged in same-sex marriage, which even the animals can't do, etc. By the way, I myself am single.

When I met my wife I was so lost. Not an atheist, but just so mad at the world, and no direction. She spoke of God to me and introduced me to Christian music. On my birthday 15 years ago she took me to see Third Day in a small venue. I was drinking the whole way up there, not knowing she was going to surprise me. I had been battling alcoholism since a young age and when I saw the sign on the theatre that said, Third Day live, I just broke down and cried like a little kid. I walked into that concert smelling like beer, buzzed, wondering what people would say. But God was with me there. Shining His light on us. Pouring Himself into my brokenness. Blessing us. He saved me. He blessed me with an amazing wife and best friend. I say this because I believe that sometimes a good woman can also lead a man. She had faith in God, in our marriage. We now have a strong marriage and family, with God as our center. Our kids know God, and this story too. I want women to know that they also have so much power to help a man, to influence a man in a positive way so they can see God in you, and seek Him. A woman’s faith is just as powerful as a man’s.

This is why it's important to not just be a Christian, but a true Christian, a believer. Jesus clearly said you should be evenly yoked. There is a reasom why he said that and many 'Christians' love to find imaginary loop holes in this simple command. The man must lead his family spiritually. It's fine to be a good Christian man, perhapse not to even be an outspoken man in the congregation but it's totally different to marry a man who is not spiritual or a man who has fleeting faith. It's dangerous for your own spirituality. When hard times come and tough decisions need to be made, those that may even test a family's spirituality, you need a Godly man who is strong in the faith. Don't be fooled.

@@abella11 Certainly… “Feet of clay” is simply a figure of speech for areas of life where the flesh is still active and not submitted fully to the Holy Spirit. Aside from Jesus himself, all men and women battle with these areas. That is why marriage is such a wonderful gift. It reveals many blind spots, exposes our pride and selfishness, and reveals areas where we still need to grow. While it is healthy in some ways to set a very high bar for our future mate, we must also understand that we must be prepared to bring a very large vessel filled with grace to the marriage, because forgiveness will be hugely needed. Billy Graham’s wife, Ruth, once said that a healthy marriage is the union of two people who have learned how to forgive. Even the most godly man who studies theology, is very familiar with his Bible, and leads his household well will need forgiveness and grace on many occasions. So will his godly wife. After 26 years of marriage to a godly woman, who married me because she thought I was that, godly, biblically sound man, I can confidently say that It has been boatloads of forgiveness and the unlimited grace of God that has fueled our success thus far… and we continue to discover unsubmitted areas that still need work. Dream, big, forgive big! Extend grace big.

As someone who is very spiritual but not religious, I think there is some truth to what you're saying for this girl/girls in her situation... though I suppose it goes much deeper than we are assuming here, probably more complex than what we assume so we should reserve judgement since it's not something hurting anyone, just her/their spiritual development journey, maybe it's exactly where she needs to be at the moment... the good thing is she is looking and has made her life revolve around spirituality rather than materialism... I'd say she's doing good in my book - ie. not everyone's goal/journey is that of a nun/monk/priest/etc - even though I've essentially crucified myself spiritually, I still allow myself to be extremely flawed as an individual since truly the framework of god or the spirit is such that it exists to guide us out of our mischievious selfishness and to a greater purpose in life... so we remain flawed regardless of how spiritually inclined we are, but we get really good at catching ourselves degrading and thus immediately correct ourselves to get back on track and even further along... perhaps that's what is or will happen for this girl/etc. @@abelmcguire1951

I remember thinking this, and maybe not for her, but for me, it was pride and immaturity. I married a wonderful man who is growing in his leadership and I’m growing in my submission. Years ago, I met a man who knew the Bible front to back. Raised in church and could hold a good Bible study. BUT he was void of the presence of Jesus. He had no true relationship. Come to find out he was doing this with many women in the church. I was just 1 of em. This was of my doing not God too. But I NEVER felt the presence of Jesus with him. See a man can give you so much theology but NOT love Jesus at all. Meanwhile, there's a man who may not be as biblically literate who Loves Jesus and SHOWS Jesus in his actions and CAN authentically lead his family and Love his wife as Christ loved the Church. Ladies let Jesus CHOOSE your spouse no need to go on endless dates. God can direct every other part of your life, so why not in your season of wanting a mate? Let HIM CHOOSE. 😊 Trust him with this!! And yes! Most certainly pride. I'm not married yet. But this was my thinking too. Had a long, exhausting list of spiritual things I wanted in my husband. God humbled me and told me, nope. Are you marrying Jesus in the earthly flesh? No. You're marrying a human. And he will have flaws. As long as he is willing to grow with you and Jesus, God will be glorified. He must be glorified in our weaknesses. Prayerfully, her mind changes, and Jesus shows her this is not what truly matters. But that he truly follows Jesus foremost in all his imperfections. Leadership will grow. She wants an already made man. Can this happen sure? But what is God's plan for HER ultimately?

Hi friend let me help you. First, thank God for discernment and the Holy Spirit. The Bible outlines characteristics God disapproves of. When we work on finding our identity in Christ and relationship with him ultimately we are shaping ourselves to be a servant of the Lord, a sound partner and family member, a friend to all and a contributor to all things good. Principles found in the Bible lay a foundation that leads us to make sound decisions and lead us to what you are describing. Basically to say this as a Kingdom people is redundant because it’s understood. “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33) However, we grow spiritually at the rate we receive revelation and cultivate relationship with the Lord so it is fair to mention level of understanding.

This girl is suffering from the ultimate "daddy's girl" complex. She perceives herself as "greater" than every single man she sees because she is believing the lie her earthly father sold her that she is a princess. She believes the lie that she is better than any man out there, which is how her earthly father has crippled her. This is sad. I know gorgeous young women, one who is 35 and a committed Christian who wants to find her husband; badly, in fact. However, no guy has yet measured up. Part of it is that feminism has killed healthy masculinity by "toxifying" it and vilifying it. Part of it is the fact that he father has hamstrung her by searing her sense of what she wants in a mate. She will end up an old spinster. VERY sad, and so is this girl in the video.

Luke 16:18 King James Version 18 Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery. Matthew 5:31-32 King James Version 31 It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement: 32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery. Those are Jesus words not mine in the Matthew Luke mark.Mark 10:9-12 King James Version 9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. 10 And in the house his disciples asked him again of the same matter. 11 And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. 12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.

@@trevrockrock16 If you keep reading in that same chapter you’ll see that staying single is PAUL’S preference for us, not a command! “I say this as a concession, not as a command.” 1 Corinthians 7:6 Jesus, in fact reiterated what was said in Genesis. “Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” Matthew 19:4-6 The “Therefore” portion was Him adding to the OT verse telling us to still obey the OT in regards to marriage. God is not a god of confusion. The entire Bible is His word and has no contradictions. Jesus himself quoted from the OT in the NT all the time, thus showing the OT is not null and void. He even said, “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.” Matthew 5:17 “You study the Scriptures diligently because you think that in them you have eternal life. These are the very Scriptures that testify about me,” John 5:39 - The scriptures Jesus is talking about are all in the OT, again showing that the OT is not void. The entire Bible speaks of Christ and is still relevant and truth.

I think it's better to find a good man who shares your values and wants to walk in faith with you. He doesn't need to be on a higher spiritual plane. I think most women are naturally more "spiritual" than men. My husband of 30 years is good and kind and lives his faith. He doesn't necessarily talk about his faith much, he just lives it. This is beautiful indeed. It would be so beautiful to have this experience especially on a first date if the guy and the girl both intentionally bring their Bibles. After talking to each other and getting to know one another in a cafe or something, they could just break bread together and study the word of God for some time, just imagine having that intimate time together with God, ughh my heart😩. This is a way to show commitment in seriousness with intentionality to honor God and the relationship the girl and the guy are pursuing together You know when that happens he is the keeper and so is she. Now this is a desire to have.

Usually the devil comes through the woman. The weaker vessel. Always has been that way biblically throughout history. Both parties man and woman need to be on there toes. Always. Which doesn't happen. So at the very least both parties need to have immovable love as a foundation in there soul for there spouse. And a maturity.

@MandyAltamirano

@@rainsara2795 I took his comment to mean that women have to be very disciplined in their submission to what he THINKS is a true man of God. But I could have taken it wrong. I am a Christian feminist woman married happily to my partner who happens to be Muslim. We have a boy and a girl both raised Christian with full knowledge of Islam who have both graduated from college. My daughter is a mechanical engineer ( rocket scientist)married to a nice Christian man and they have 3 children. My son is a heart surgeon like his father. He, too, is a Christian married with 2 young children. I NEVER would EVER submit to a male just because he was male. If he was my employer, I'd submit to his reasonable requests. I taught my children the same. We are equals. Sometimes I lead in things. Sometimes my husband leads in things. I am led by Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I go to NO man for what I can get directly from God. Between you and me, most men are STUPID. Not mine; but most. These FAKE Christian guys complain feminists wacked their balls. Nope. feminism just EXPOSED them as the eunuchs that they already are. They did it to themselves. Can you imagine standing next to a guy that you have to blow hot air into all the time just to puff up his ego? Or can you imagine dummying it down spiritually so your husband can feel like the "leader"? The whole message of the torn vail is that ALL believers have direct access to God through Jesus in us. That is also how we HEAR His VOICE audibly, make trips to heaven ( it's IN HIM), exercise the Spiritual gifts of healing, prophecy and words of knowledge. Thank God I don't have to go to the Pope. Thank God that I don't have to go to my husband or ANY man. I have an EQUAL say in what goes on in our home. For instance, if I wanted to move to Florida and my husband wanted to move to Pennsylvania, we would either mutually agree on the location or I would move to Florida and he could move wherever he wanted. There is NO rule that I submit or obey him just because of his plumbing. These poor churched boys still want to be gods. None of that comes from Jesus. If a man is really a man, there is no woman on the planet that can emasculate him. It's really difficult to find an intact Christian male. You'll find one on the farm long before you'll find one attending these FAKE churches today. I'll tell you a man's "role" in the household: Replace the engine in the truck faster than I can do it or I'll replace the engine and he can clean the house, do the laundry and cook dinner. These "churched" boys want a female and a family to rule and reign over. They can find that in Mormonism.
