廣東餛飩麪
材料:
急凍雲吞適量
乾身麪餅適量
程序:
1. 大火煲滾清水一升。
2. 放餛飩在煲內,冚蓋大火煮3分鐘。
3. 餛飩煮好,擎乾水,放碗內。
4. 洗乾淨煲。
5. 在煲內加入適量清水,大火煲滾。
6. 加入麪餅,加入湯粉,大火滾至起泡,冚蓋,熄火。
7. 預備大碗,加入油分調味料,放上餛飩。
8. 打開煲蓋,再開大火至滾起,熄火。
9. 湯及麪,倒入大碗內。
10. 完成,可享用。

Frozen wontons appropriate amount
Noodles appropriate amount
Steps:
1. Heat up 1L of water at high flame in a pot.
2. Put wontons in the pot. Cover up the pot. Heat up at high flame for 3 minutes.
3. Wontons have been boiled well, drain. Put in a bowl.
4. Rinse a pot.
5. Add in appropriate amount of water in the pot. Heat up at high flame.
6. Add in the noodles. Add in the seasoning powder. Heat up at high flame until bubbles arising up. Cover up the pot. Turn off fire.
7. Get ready for a big bowl. Add in seasoning oil. Put wontons on top.
8. Lift up lid of pot. Heat up at high flame again. Turn off fire.
9. Noodles and soup, are to be poured into the big bowl.
10. Complete. Serve.
