It's fall 1980, and Mattel has just released three more Intellivision games as part of its national rollout campaign. Today we've got The Electric Company Word Fun, an educational game that is, dare I say it, very good; NASL Soccer, a real notable step forward in the evolution of soccer video games; and Horse Racing, one of the only horse race gambling games available on console in this era. Together these run a pretty wide gamut in terms of genre and audiences, while continuing the trend of showcasing types of games you really couldn't see anywhere other than the Intellivision.
