My husband and I just finished 30 days of Keto/ Carnivore as a promise to God. It was the easiest to do because it was as unto the Lord. Now that we finished those 30 days and we are doing it for ourselves it seems a bit harder to stay on track! His yoke is easy and His burden is light indeed 🙏 Blessings < <

I’m doing Ketovore diet since June 1. I was a carb/sugar aholilc. I add fat to everything starting with my Bullet proof coffee in the morning for my “quiet time”. Very satiating. I do intermittent fasting as well only breaking it for this coffee in the morning then go the remainder of the 20 hrs. That maybe “cheating”. But it’s helped me considerably to lose 17 lbs so far. And i only have about 5% carbs. Mostly cucumber/avocado/blueberries/romaine/ and then I make Chaffles with lots of fat . Feel so much better.. and I have my brain back🙌🏻😌🙏🏻💞

Wow, this showed up in my algorithm and it was so peaceful and much needed! Made me wish I was sitting next to you chatting about Jesus and red meat! ❤ Anyway, I've been carnivore for 10 months and I definitely recommend it! Try it for 30 days and you may never go back to keto! It's soooo much easier than any other diet I've been on. Good luck, God bless, and you just got another subscriber!

Hey Debbie, I definitely don’t use them in large quantity or frequently, particularly carrots, since just a few baby carrots can push me up towards my 20 total carbs for the day. I realize many people avoid foods with any carbs, but we have found that the 20 carbs allows us to stay in ketosis, and we use real, unprocessed foods, excluding grains, for keto. What form of Keto are you using?
