Hi Polly, this was rather easy exercises video for me. I have news. Since I still have stability and big steps problems my son bought me a step platform with 3 levels. So far I tried it at level 1, holding the wall with a hand. Steping up and down 10 times. Hoping for improvement. PfP insperation.

Hi From Sydney Australia, I have PSP and follow any exercise to make it knowing exercise help Parkinson’s. Any chance of the same with Parkinson’s ,what about PSP

Gita, thank you for your comment. The symptoms of PSP can overlap with Parkinson’s as you know. PSP can cause more balance issues and rigidity. Our exercise class certainly could be of benefit to you. I’d stick to the seated classes and you may want to add relax and rest classes into your weekly routine. Hope we see you back soon!
