Where the boundaries between engineering and art become non existent. Beautifully executed, thanks!

Strauss's Blue Danube was first, and I thought eternally, associated with the splendid docking scene in 2001: A Space Odyssey. But now there will always be another provoked image. Exquisite modelling, beautiful videography, and sublime choice of music.

Very nice. Some people have all the talent. I feel lucky if I can keep a train on the rails. LOL

Incredible! I’ve been trying to get my head around RC in 4mm and seem to have mastered it in 7mm. Great work! 👍

Is this based on anything? Also the Bagnal is lovely

No it isn't in particular - simply good mechanical practise. Nowadays it is common to have a powered trolley hoist, but this remote drive mechanism is a real system. Thanks about the Bagnall.... it's one of the original Roy Link kits!

There aren't any plans for it as such, but I did write a full article on it for Narrow Gauge and Industrial Railway Modelling Review a year or so ago (still available). Some details are also available on RM Web..... The narrow gauge is 0-14' and the crane is being built into my new layout 'Denton Brook'

It's a shame the A frame is just sitting on the ground and not fixed down,as in fake concrete.

This was just a test-bed to see if it worked..... It did, and was fully incorporated into the layout 'Denton Brook', as seen in other videos.
