I been working with tru green for almost 5 months and I do lawn care and the job is really easy. You work alone, my managers are not ass holes. Now if it’s hot, then that’s when it can be hard especially if u don’t have AC but my branch just offered me a brand new 2022 truck. And I also work in a premier suburb of Michigan so I literally ride around 1million dollar homes but huge lawns. And we are in the tru detail program where all I do I spot spray for weeds so it’s super easy rite now

Worked at Trugreen for 3.5 years. I did lawn and mosquitoes. Liked it at first routes were about 180k sqft, but our branch got really understaffed we got overworked. Started giving out routes that were 250k sqft. Not to mention sales would under sell square footage so you'd get to a property measured at 10,000 sqft and it would turn out to be 30,000 sqft. For those of you that dont know TG does their routes based on sqft so if you have 5 or so stops that are undersold that will lengthen your day by hours and good luck getting you route done. Management won't sympathize either. Started hating the place. I quit last year and went into the trades and it was the best decision I've ever made.

Well said Bruv spoken like a true working man these up n' comin generations need to start hearing true shit like this cuz the sooner they start learning to really work hard and truly live in reality instead of in their flawed ideas of what an adults reality is , which it seems for most has been lead astray and confused by our movies(Disney) ,media, music, internet(socials) the better off we will all be because our education system is utterly failing our children in so many areas now, and one important area that needs to be taught is how America was truly built and made great for generations by God fearing, country loving, hard hard working, tough as nails American men and woman throughout history not by a army of college degree holding graduates and ceo's as not all can be management( as the the saying goes too many chiefs n not enough Indians) the true lifeblood that kept this country great for so long was the real average blue collar American workers who earned a pretty good wage and were able to nicely provide for their loved ones for generations. But nowadays with the shortages we continue to see of qualified blue collar workers who can will and want to truly work hard for what they love and for a better life is eroding this once great nation making us as a whole by the men and woman we produce that continue to be weaker and weaker, and naive to the true struggle that life is and should be, as nothing in life that's ever really worth anything or loved should never be easy and therfore less valued and appreciated. GOD BLESS all and I know that our youth has what it takes to be great if not greater than those before if we can only just start to be honest with them and provide them with and prepare them for the pressure that truly come with real life resulting in the diamonds of true potential they all can and should be.
