Very interesting... I'm going to pick some pine on my next walk and attempt a tea. ......I suppose it makes sense that if it helps the boys out the way it does, then it would be helpful when aging girls shed such a big part of what makes them female...🤔

I remember hearing something about tibetan monks eating pine to slowly embalm themselves from the inside out. It worked well enough they are mummies now... 🧟♂

😅❤ the sap from the bark is also used to chew for mouth and throat health and cleaning teeth 😁🤓 also used to treat scraps and scratches. Its antibacterial lol. The monks were overachievers it seems 😅❤
