Some essential work out at home advice for all my kayaker friends, especially those stuck at home during these crazy times. Fitness alone will not improve your kayaking but it won't not improve it so you might as well get after it whilst you have the opportunity. Focus on just doing something, a mixture of strength, cardio and stretching. There are great online resources available from people like

So just start doing something. Do not skip leg day, and do focus on high quality reps, not high volume slop. This is also a great time to look after your injuries that may be eating at you , so find out whats bugging you and find out how to fix it. There are a million resources out there on youtube and elsewhere so get started and get on with it.
