10 min workout for kids jumping rope. This is a FUN full body jump rope workout with age appropriate exercises. I’ll go over modifications to make it fun for all ages. Come jump along with me and my two boys(ages 5 and 9) as we switch up the exercises every 30 seconds. We’ll be alternating between beginner jump rope skills and body weight exercises. If you don’t have a jump rope you can still jump along with us. Learn new skills and have fun jumping!
