Come workout with me on my postpartum fitness journey 🏋🏽♀️ I have been so in love with my body since pregnancy and child birth because of all it did to grow my baby boy. But baby we’re in our FITMOM ERA 🗣️ Today I did an arm workout and as always finished out with the stair master. I love being more active and productive to start my day off. I prepped Turkey Chipotle bowls for my work week and tried a new whey protein flavor. Who else is loving exercising and eating healthy balanced meals? 🍽️
