You loved my previous Pilates with a stick workout and you asked for more.
This class is for everyone!!!
This is a workout with a stick for any age, for any gender and for any physical performance!
You can do it anywhere using a simple stick you can find at home (in this video I use a stick for cleaning windows :-))
The stick will help you to find the symmetry and alignment during the workout. In this way you will correct your posture, improve execution, focus and coordination. Directly, your power house will work properly so you will gain the strength of deep muscles which are important for you posture.
