a Chinese Canadian here, I was born and raised in Hong Kong until I moved to Canada in 2001. back in the 90s, my family and I have traveled to Guangzhou, Beijing and my grandparents homeland Zhong Zhang more than a few times. from my memories China was not this advanced back then, many ride in motor bikes and there were lots of farm land. now time has passed and my country has make huge progress, the city has made so much progress that it is hard for me to believe that they made these improvement in a matter of 20-30 years. Way a go China, keep up with the progress, I will always be proud.

Excellent video. In fact I travelled in the same type of cabin, business class, also in January 2020, from Zhumadian (Henan) to Beijing, the train itself having originated in Guangzhou. Our portion of the journey took about 4 hours. As you say, the seats were extremely comfortable. As our trip was in the evening we received quite a lavish airline-style hot tray meal, plus various snacks and a soup pot - all very tasty 😋👍., apart from a TGV trip between Switzerland and Paris some years ago, probably the best train travel I have ever experienced.

The Fuxing trainset is not a bullet train. The only CR trains that that moniker applies to are the CRH2A-G, which are essentially either imported E2-1000 Series Shinkansen from Japan or cloned/improved locally made copies.
