Many thanks for your comment. Yes, they are. UK has territory (ies) in seven continents (Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Oceania and Antarctica). France has also territory(ies) in six continents.

Forgot Armenia and Cyprus, always considered European and Asian countries. Other thing, South and North America (bellow Mexico we call central America, in Brazil), are the same continent

Many thanks for your kind words and your comment. Armenia and Cyprus are geographically Asian and Culturally European countries. However, they are not transcontinental countries because they are entirely located in Asia, not in Europe geographically. All countries and dependencies in Central America are considered geographically parts of the North America continent. There is no a continent called Central America.

The European parts of Georgia are independent, with strong links to adjoining Russia ( Abkhazia and South Ossetia ) Technically ( not politically), Cyprus is in Asia .

That is true. Cyprus is in Asia geographically, and culturally linked with Europe

Many thanks for your comment!!! Trinidad and Tobago lies on two tectonic plates. The southern half of Trinidad lies on the South American Plate while the northern half of Trinidad and the island of Tobago lie on the Caribbean Plate. However, these geological features do not necessarily qualify Trinidad and Tobago as a transcontinental state, as the whole territory is often labeled geopolitically as part of North America.
