Curious about the side angle, it appears to be on sticks but there’s subtle but noticeable movement there. What was the thought process there?

Absolutely love the extended walkthrough of this facility and ultimately a glimpse of the heart of this church family. You can see and hear their passion to pursue God moving in and through His people. Great job Jake and team in making this available.

Wouldn’t the $$$$ be better used/spent for missions, or helping out the community?? That being said, I love worship, lights and video, we do it at out church. But at some point I watch these and see all the money spent and can’t help but thinking it could be better used for Gods kingdom. Just my two cents! Love the channel.✌️😇

You’re correct BUT incomplete… If your church has $100,000 and spends $30,000 for technology advancement which will bring in NEW members that will ultimately INCREASE the overall tithe. You’re doing things according to Gods plan! Study the parable of the talents… I guarantee this technology is drawing more people and ultimately more finances to be able to give to missions and back the community! It cost money to make money, and it takes an abundance of money to give to missions and the community. A boring church (that also lacks God’s presence) eventually leads to a decrease in membership and a tragic decrease in offerings… ❤️

I would have to agree as we are a small church and are building up the tech side as it was non-existing. The issues I see is watching all these videos become overwhelming at times and my mind starts to gather all this data I get more wrapped up in tech than I do the mission for God. I would spend hours upon hours researching when I could have spent the time studying the word. I think we get lost in the wow factor and what if that wow factor goes away what is your structure what is your foundation? New members is great but you want members that want to learn not just get the wow factor and say they are Christians but cannot defend what is a Christian. That being said each church will have their priorities so to each their own. God Bless!

@@prettysimplemusic So you’re offering potential newcomers a very highly produced concert/show for their entertainment. Apparently you guys are going for numbers to increase contributions rather than preaching the Gospel. Interesting.

@@bullainsworth3130 again you are correct, BUT incomplete... there must be an entertaining element coupled with the anointing to draw - change lives. Why aren't people donating to your personal mission efforts - because no one knows who you are. The anointing "alone" will not compel "the lost" in 2022 - the anointing, sustains us as believers, but there must be honey to attract the bees, before you can catch them... Don't read too deep into my comments without us having an opportunity to engage in healthy dialogue - Life is Simple 💚

Let’s say you spend 10k a year on missions/community, you may be able to reach a couple thousand people. If you spend that same amount on creating an inviting experience, you can reach the same amount of people, if not more, and you still have the 10k in useful assets. While on the surface it may seem like a good argument, this church started small, just like everyone. Now they’re starting a new campus, while the Baptist church down the road is struggling to keep their numbers from dropping. (This example has nothing to do with my opinions of the theology of belonging co. It’s doesn’t seem optimal, lightly prosperity gospel, feel good, not much depth)

Here’s a piece of kit I’d very highly recommend, it’s called the Holy Spirit and it’s free! Yes free! It’ll out do anything you can get your hands on from ‘black magic’. Let God be the creator and draw us unto Him. Praying you guys have your eyes opened and pride shout down.

Appreciate the prayers friend. I’ve served at a few churches in almost 25 years of doing this full time. The Belonging actually facilitates and sets the table for Holy Sprit each week. As I mentioned in the video, the way the church honors and stewards the presence of God is something I unfortunately haven’t seen in a lot of churches. He is moving powerfully through this ministry. While we pay attention to things like cameras, lighting, sound etc. it’s never the focus. It comes way down the list of priorities and becomes nothing more than a tool. Which is what this video in particular points out. If I may offer, drawing the conclusions you mentioned from watching this video are pretty incomplete. There’s a lot more to the story :)
