Best protein...pine pollen, raw spirulina chlorella, blue spiruline, raw nori sheets. Great natural source for all stuff that we need to lead healthy life. Juice, sprout, grow micro green, herbs. That's all you need plus water & ☀️ and exercises. But no expensive stuff from the containers.

The NOW brand seems to have to many additives, i.e., Rice Bran, Microcrystalline Cellulose and Hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and several others I choose to avoid.

Great reviews!! Also, those protein powders have small servings for the high cost. They're good for short term convenience, but its better to make your own protein shakes with organic fruits and other natural ingredients.

the best way is Instagram DM @growingyourgreens however, it is really rare I answer people directly. If you have question,, you can ask it at www.youtube.com/@okraw/community and it might be answered in next months Q&A

Thanks John. Surprised you didn't go over mushroom powders and adaptogens. Assume some stores won't stock everything though. Would you get the same benefit fermenting beet juice instead of tart cherry juice?
Where is B12 derived from? Why magnesium if you get it from food. Why the distinction here and not in other choices?

Protein powder can be part of a healthy diet. No need to be fundamentalist about anything.

@basiltiffani8850 A lot of protein powders are just extracted powdered versions of foods without the fiber and other nutrients kept in them.😊

But he is like a fundamentalist in regards to healthy eating so if you don’t agree, watch a KZitemr you agree with. Simple. I think protein powders are junk and there’s no telling what’s in that stuff, like chemicals.
