Shocked.. Surprised for the irresponsible support services of the Air Asia Airlines staff as well as of the Bajaj Allianz Insurance support services.. No compensation confirmed so far.. Very sad and an exceptional experience .. But I expect something very positive on the strong belief on God..💐🙏

Why do people think Airline staff is responsible for everything?! Every airline aims to fly on time, and the staff has only as much information that they are given. How can they allow a flight to take off if there is a technical glitch. They are not gods that they know pre hand that the flight will get cancelled. Its understandable that its very inconvenient, but everyone needs to understand that screaming and shouting and creating a scene in front of the staff is not acceptable and very inhuman, they are just doing their job! Go complain to the management and DGCA etc.

Hi di, my husband once was travelling for work and the airline staff told him that the flight is full and there is no space. Then he got aggressive with them because he had his meetings and conferences planned and he can’t afford to cancel them. Then when he got aggressive the airlines refunded his money back and they also booked another flight 5hrs later for free of cost with additional cash for being apologetic. You can always try reaching the customer support or the airlines support they might help you. I am feeling very bad to hear this, don’t worry di Bhagwan jo karta hai acche ke liye he karata hai. ❤

Yes Neelam…. It’s better that you didn’t board that flight….my feeling is that any kind of structural damage to the plane due to bird hit or something is very scary!!!! And my suggestion to you is in future also whenever you fly abroad always always give preference to a reputed international airline and also 28:30keep one or two days extra in hand on your first port of arrival…. Jo hota hai achhe ke liye hota hai… I know disappointment happens…. And yes one more thing is that August is a very busy time due to students travelling abroad so maybe best in December…. Jaan bachi lakhon paaye! Birds hit is serious issue and airlines cannot take risk. The way they provided information is not correct but better that they shut down flight otherwise midway if issues arise then it would be lethal.🙏 Try raising complaint with consumer court.

Even spicejet is like that.. we reached airport then we came to know flight is cancelled..though it was domestic flight. Still its not worth it . Its better to pay a bit extra and book better airlines

Only air Aisa and that insurance company may help you regarding this.if you have done that trip insurance you may go through their terms and conditions.goibebo may not take any stand as the have already given you the confirmed bookings.i have heard that air Asia is already merged with air india express.

Sorry to hear about your bad experiences. Please be advised there are 2 types of travel insurance policies- Medical Emergency Insurance the other one is All Inclusive Insurance. For short trips always buy All Inclusive Travel Insurance. Try to contact your Credit Card Company too because your purchase/service provider failed you. Once again very sorry and disappointed for your experience.

I flew by Turkish Airlines from Delhi to Houston via Istanbul n u know on way to Houston from Istanbul, they served me n my co passenger beef, n wen v both objected, they were downright rude….. 14 hours from Istanbul to Houston v remained hungry, me being diabetic…. Horrendous experience

File a case in the consumer forum. My husband faced the same situation, and the next morning he registered a complaint to the consumer forum and mailed that to both the airline and make my trip. He got a full refund.

Felt really sad for you! 😞 Foreign trips are always special especially when it's your first... Don't worry.. They will compensate for your tickets. But mentally it's exhausting experience. Many Ola drivers are asking the passengers to pay for parking fees. At the time of airport pickup. It's common fraud by them . Some action should be taken against them. I have also suffered from paying parking fees extra.
