I thought the same thing. Kids aren't going to want ad revenue. A girl who is about 13 or 14 will appreciate jewelry or flashy accessories. Any older than that and you need to start thinking about cruises and Eurotrips.

Interestingly short man syndrome was proved to be incorrect in studies and actually the opposite was found someone who is tall would actually exhibit the symptoms. That height thing is incredibly depressing, but yeah, Charlie's right. I guess if he ever decides he does want his own kids, he might consider IVF so he can choose the gender. Women don't face the height problem as much as men, generally, so maybe daughters would be a better fit for him. That said, what a sad statement about our society, that we so strongly discriminate against height that it disincentivizes people from having children for something that only hurts them for social reasons, and has no effect on health.

being short as a man is a horrible thing. you can't even stand up to yourself without people dogging on you for "short man syndrome", "napoleon complex" or "overcompensating", etc. you are less likely to be promoted depending on your height, every inch is worth hundreds of dollars (this is for both genders). for dating it is the literal worst thing to be a short man. bumble did a survey and 90% of women pursue 6% of men in regards to height, the ones who do date are far more handsome than the average guy or they're getting settled for due to their money. most short men are literally dying depressed and alone and you wanna say that it isn't a negative thing? also drop the short king thing it is cringy af it's like when your grandma calls you handsome, adding king to a undesirable trait doesn't make it any better it's like saying cripple king or fat queen.
