Considering how the Harley Quinn show has portrayed Alfred recently (which I personally think is the best version of Alfred), perhaps you can do a tough like the toons for him? He was in armed service, and no doubt helped Bruce with his early training. From adding weight to my calisthenics, I've learned that the similarity of calisthenics to heavy lifting is entirely dependent on what you weight. If Bane steals some food while he's in prison and gets himself to 230, it's plausible that he can get pretty big - not gigantic but pretty big - with push ups.

The hate fueled by a breakup to better yourself is SO TRUE. I got out of a four year relationship and I really thought she was gonna be the one. And like I wasn't fat or bad or anything I just wasn't that fit, regular dude, but it wasn't good enough. Fast forward a bit and I'm the best I've ever been, making huge gains and starting to love myself again. One thing I'll add though is that even though I'm great now, starting to exercise because you hate your body is probably one of the most painful experiences mentally I've ever had, it ain't healthy to hate yourself. I don't know who needs to hear this but your good enough as it is, you're great in every single way

I have to mention that doing higher amounts of the same level of exercise doesn't give you much more intensity than that level (ex: 100 one-armed push-ups on each arm vs 100 regular ones). Some extra strength is possible, since the nerves are getting better at sending whichever signal, but not more & more & more. - paraphrased from Convict Conditioning by Paul Wade.

2:16 I mean, accusingly an infant for what the parents did isn't technically fictional. Not by authority standards (god I hope not) but by bystanders or citizens standers, that can be anywhere. I've got a friend who's dad is accusing an infant growing up being like her mother (which isn't exactly a pleasant lady, if you know what I mean) because that mother has a parent who acts the same way still to this day, which my friend's dad want's to stay far away from at all time. Basically 50/50 says that the infant will act like the parent and grand parent, which might be genetic. (But whatever the case, it's pig headed to automatically accuse an unborn baby)

Bane will always remain as my favorite Batman villain because of how interesting he is, and I always get frustrated when a show paints him as "slaps Venom, RAWW!" character. And yes more people need to get the mask right. Fun Fact, Bane is designed to be a evil version of a old-school hero called Doc Savage who would actually make a good topic for one of your videos.
@sunnythealligator

Bane is the example of training producing results in response to need not want. See you read many prison stories those guys are tough I mean tough cause they are surrounded by death so they have to make themselves that strong so there is a mind muscle connection. We normal people train for muscles or strength or looks not because we may get killed tomorrow thats the difference. Another example ,Karate was originally designed to beat samurais who wore heavy bamboo armour thats why many karate practioners conditioned their knuckles like crazy because they had to defend themselves but when we try to do that now to our knuckles we cause arthritis and joint abnormalities because we don't have a need to fight samurais empty handed so even if we train there is no need which our mind knows.

I remember exercising I used to hear this punk who used to say I was a whale, that the hallway shakes when I come down, stuff I wanted to really beat him up (did once but that didn't really help long term) it definitely can be motivation to get started or when feeling lazy. Ive come to realize having fun is the better feeling and eventually you can transform that first hate motivation into one to enjoying fitness. So you are totally right I think it is healthy.

The bit of this video about reminds me of a show called preacher, where a character called the saint of killers on the show was always a killing machine that seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. One day he was offered a chance into heaven if he chose love, but he asked' what if I choose hate?" IT made me realize this character was solely fueled by hatred and anger. The irony is that without that hate he wouldn't have been the guy everybody was afraid or be as strong as he was. What I realized is that hate can be just a powerful motivator as love and I like how you explained the idea of using hate as a motivator.
