Have you tried mansa with the dough mixed with plantain? I used to get that type at Agbede. In the western World, pounded yam and Egusi is getting very popular, wait till the run into 'ukpemi' (groundnut and egusi mix') Estako have the most flavourful dishes in Nigeria.

No you do not. Yes there are some good attractions for tourists but yeah that's pretty much it. Once you've left the tourist attractions in most states you'll see how truly poor our country is. Searching about it online will reveal a bit about it but as someone who has spent majority of my life in that country I don't Think you have good reason to leave wherever the hell you are. P.S-English isn't my mother tongue so yeah sorry for that😅

This is a south indian dish that travelled and adopted across different parts of Asia and Africa. ( Telugu : ponganalu or tamil : paniyaram ) . Its made with dosa batter that’s more fermented! Hope this helps!

I would recommend Masa with Suya and raw Veggies. That stated, I'm not sure if Masa can be called pancakes. Masa is made from fermented Rice batter, Pancakes from Wheat; Masa is round and bulky, Pancakes are flat and usually thin...but maybe I'm just picking hairs, the description is close but just not completely accurate.
