This is a nice efficient layout. I'm not crazy about the lack of a dedicated dining space, but I think the living room is big enough that, with some creative furniture arrangement, you could squeeze in a small 4-seater table. It is a nice house and would be great for a weekend / lake house. Can’t understand why the smaller window is by the front door. Not needed. Since this is a three bedroom home, three bar stools are not enough. Island has got to have room for at least two more. The off center toilet in the family bath would drive me nuts! Nothing wrong with the Master Bath but if it was my forever home I’d take a foot out of the closet and add it to my vanity or remove one of the sinks. I need more room on the counter top. Not everyone wants the bedrooms together but I like that they are all at one end of the house. Thanks Chance for all your work presenting these homes ( so that arm chair designers like me get to redesign them !)

I LOVE that master in the middle close to the "Kids". I have a runner he would totally try to get out that side door without me knowing! Master closet yes sir!! I'd put in shelving on that right side take up that whole right wall for folding clothes. I'm excited to see the storage cubbies in the master bath. Thats what makes it or breaks it cause theres really not much space in there.- Downfalls though.. Those other closets theres not much space. I'd prefer just to have one single sink in that guest bath that way I could put a linen closet in there. And come on lets get a actual dining space instead of just island seating! I dont know WHY these manufacturers have decided to drop the dining space all together but I've seen more homes without than with over the past few years. OH MY GOODNESS I JUST DIED AT THE PRICE!!!!!! Nope I'd run away very quickly.

I was so excited for this house tour... the outside was so cute and all I could think was this would be a perfect beach house for me, I can't wait for the inside but man I have to tell you I was let down. The manufacturer put in so much thought on the exterior but then you walk in and have: different flooring right in your face, the furrng strips (the doublewide I grew up in had those, I'm 39, lol), the cheap looking skins, the wire closet racks, the famous manufactured home premade shower and shower/tub combos, the weird bit of carpet at the towards the end of the hall (so out of place), and the brown counter tops- all of this just screams we didn't take the time to update and upgrade where we should have and where most other manufacturers are. It's a shame because they really could have something special here with a few easy updates. They did add the extra touch of the crown molding throughout, which is so nice and not done often. I would have a hard time buying this one with all these out of date things when I could go buy one that looks more like a traditional doublewide on the outside but on the inside is completely revamped and has everything you could ever dream of. I think you're paying for the exterior, the different layout, and the different way it sits on this home, unfortunately. So many missed opportunities here 😪
