love the „would it work in a real fight mentality „

Good video, I would like to make a suggestion when you shoot in for the double leg, you need to get your elbows deep behind her knee, we call it elbow deep, when you go in elbow deep you have a better and secured grip around her leg. If you do not go in elbow deep then she can easily escape your double leg. Keep up the good work and keep training.

I like your idea of taking the penetration step before changing levels, like you said it makes it easier to mix in striking if you’re training mma

Great explanation! Was wondering why some people open step vs level change first and you read my mind.

I'd love to see your take on circling away from opponents power side. I remember practicing/drilling circling for an entire summer, with level changes and all that. Circle circle circle hand/wrist control, then take that beautiful shot and drive through the mat.

8:10. True story. From a wrestling background transitioning into bjj, I got my neck caught ad nauseam the first month. Thanks for breaking down your level change and penetration step preferences. *adding to bag of tricks*

NEXT TIME YOU DO A TECHNIQUE LIKE THIS, CAN YOU JUST ADD YOU DOING IT 5 TIMES AT FULL SPEED AT THE END? IT WOULD REALLY HELP. THANK YOU.
