3:35 In lieu of dumbbells you could instead form fists with your hands then place knuckles on ground to perform push ups.

Thank you so much for detailed information 🙏I always escape push up bsc of wrist pain,I do your remedies this time ❤and if you make a video for ankle pain / stiffness after surgery or get arthritis on ankle after a broken ankle ,that would be wonderful too. Thank you so much for your informative videos.
