What does Wroclaw have to offer and dish up in our neighboring Polish country? The top chef bumps between the most beautiful street Ul. Norwida and the famous Wrocław dwarfs Krasnale for many surprises.
During his trip, he learns what triple fruited coco wheat is all about and why he, too, succumbed to the culinary temptations of the traditional dumplings, the pierogi. Björn Freitag discovers other delicacies such as Bigos or Pączki and is introduced to the secrets of Jewish street food cuisine.
