One thing that has always intrigued me was the German V2 rocket (Vergeltungswaffe 2, 'Retaliation Weapon 2') Nazi Germany invented during World War 2. Although very inaccurate it sure was far ahead of it's time and struck fear into the people's hearts. Especially the British were suffering daily from the German attacks with these 'wunderwaffe' (Wonderweapon).
Nino, on of my Patrons, invited me to join him to come metal detecting at a site where, during the war, these v2-beasts were assembled. Remains of barracks, anti aircraft positions and the factory itself were clearly visible which I will show you in the video. Hope you will enjoy our adventure and would appreciate what you think of the video. Leave a comment!

FAQ:
-Do you report things found to the authorities?
Yes, all nasty things found like UXO's and finds that could be important from an archaeology perspective are reported to the local authorities.
-Do you sell finds?
I am a collector myself so I hardly sell relics. But if I do then I'll post it on the social media pages or think about becoming a Patron, because I'll share finds with my Patrons (check out the Patreon website for details).
-How do you gain permission for metal detecting?
Check out local laws regarding metal detecting and get permission from the landowner. Or hook up with a local metal detecting club in the area you would like to detect and get your information from them. (I stopped responding to questions like this all together, I'm not google..)

No.

No, lets just be friends.
