Agree, since the owner is running it for his own interest, if you dont want him to share his knowledge, just deter... But I cant get over his high standard with a 'standart'.

我覺得飲食業最注重係customer service, 顧客服務。你想扮日本人專注工作, ok fine 冇問題, 但唔應該連客人問野都唔答, 咁樣係叫待慢客人, 對客人無禮, 我相信日本人都唔會咁樣對待客人。你唔夠人咪請多個人去招呼客人, 你就專注沖你d咖啡囉。我覺得一間鋪頭野食好唔好食係其次, 食得順唔順氣, 舒唔舒服先係首要, 我只可以講佢完全冇服務態度。打死我都唔會幫襯。以為自己杯咖啡係天下第一? 服務態度肯定第尾。
