Because discs labels don't export artists/bands who don't sing in English except very few exceptions like Rammstein or still remain underground like Dir en Grey even if they tour worlwide for many years.

Because Americans organizers buried it early 90's when Yoshiki want to live concert in USA, they told him no one will understand Japanese , but thanks to KZitem now the World recognized XJapan but it's too late ,if KZitem exist early 90's then it's different story.
Words cannot express how flawless and out of this world this song is. It's absolutely brilliant. I only wish they played it at Madison Square Garden when I saw them live.

I wasn't surprised by the setlist and MSG... The usual. But I was hoping for them to pull some tricks out during the performance.... Rose of Pain is a masterpiece... at least to me it is. They performed it live at their 4 night show in Yokohama. Although it was the acoustic version. Still a great song

Really incredible to think they were able to write a song like this in their early 20s..
After more than 20 years, the ending still gives me goosepumps. One of the greatest bands of all time. But they are not british or american, so they never got the visibility they derserved.
This song is a master piece Toshi's voice so strong and clear Yoshiki amazing on drums the guitars are awesome but that bass just blows me away what a band of legends love you guys 💛💋
