Arthur Situm is a PhD student in chemistry at the University of Saskatchewan. His research focuses on developing X-ray spectromicroscopy methodologies to study materials of interest to Canada’s nuclear and mining industries. These materials of interest include polymer coated rebar, uranium mining waste, and ceramics for nuclear waste containment. Projects and interest focused on improvements to Canada's nuclear and mining industries through fundamental research.
