The issue is Passthrough only supports CAN so even if you are connected with k-line capable adaptor the software wont do anything with k-line devices

@@razvanr4480 And only have access to the Engine Management? Are there other requirements to access the rest of the systems in old K-line cars? I was looking at the c5 due to being the cheaper alternative, but I question its worth, me being a common nobody and all. I am just in desperate need of a variant coding of the ECU for transmission select due to my current ecu coming from a auto r170 slk230 and now sitting in my manual w202 c230k. Problems include high idle after throttle blip, high fluctuating rpm between 1200rpm to 2000rpm and revhang.

@@razvanr4480 So a VAS5054a with a OKI chip will work this without much trouble on the ME-SFI module? Sounds good. Better alternative than a c5 for now as I cant get a good return policy and warranty buying from china and stuff. I will order one Vas myself. any recommended version of it?
