材料:150克咸菜、少许猪肉、4瓣蒜、1块姜、少许青葱、1个番茄、1块豆腐、2000毫升清水、2粒咸水酸梅、少许胡椒粉、1勺生抽、1茶勺盐
1)把咸菜洗干净,切丝再浸泡10分钟
2)蒜对半切开,姜切片、青葱切段、番茄&豆腐切块
3)热锅热油,加入蒜姜爆香,然后倒入2000毫升清水煮至沸腾
4)加入咸菜&2粒咸水酸梅,盖上锅盖煲30分钟
5)再加入葱段番茄肉片辣椒丝豆腐再盖,焖5分钟
6)出锅前,加少许胡椒粉、1勺生抽、1茶勺盐搅拌均匀就好了💯
