材料:
A.戚風蛋糕
a.蛋黃麵糊部份:
液體植物油 15g
牛奶 15g
蛋黃 3個
低筋麵粉 40g
b.蛋白霜部份:
蛋白 2個
檸檬汁 1/2茶匙( 3cc)
細砂糖 30g
玉米粉 5g
B.裝飾
杏仁片 40g
無鹽奶油 45g
細砂糖 15g
鹽 1g
動物性鮮奶油 150g
*150度C的烤箱中烘烤 40分鐘

A. Chiffon Cake
a.Batter
15g vegetable oil
15g milk
3 egg yolks
40 g Cake flour
b.Meringue:
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon (3ml) lemon juice
30g Caster sugar
5g Corn Starch
B.Decorate
40g sliced almonds
45g unsalted butter(room temperature )
15g Caster sugar
1g salt
150g whipping cream
*Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F) 40min
