材料 Ingredients:
- 半公斤的五花肉 500g of pork belly
- 两片咸鱼 two pieces of salted fish
- 一小块姜 ginger
- 5瓣蒜米 5 cloves of garlic
- 4-6条干辣椒(根据吃辣程度) 4-6 of dried chilli (based on how spicy would you like)
- 青葱 spring onion
- 一颗洋葱 an onion
腌制料 Marinade ingredients:
- 一汤匙的料酒 1 tbsp of cooking wine
- 一汤匙的酱油 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 一汤匙的麻油 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 半汤匙的薯粉 half tbsp of tapioca starch
调味料 seasoning:
- 半汤匙的黑酱油 half tbsp of dark soy sauce
- 一汤匙的蚝油 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 半汤匙或一汤匙的糖(根据个人喜好调整) half or one tbsp of sugar (based on your flavor)
- 约半碗的清水(用于焖煮猪肉) some water(to braised the pork belly)
- 一汤匙的料酒 cooking wine
