鹹魚麥皮煎肉餅
材料:
色治豬肉一斤
鹹魚一件
麥皮4湯匙
處理:
1. 豬肉,放碗內。
2. 鹹魚,去骨,剪碎粒,加入豬肉內:
3. 豬肉,加入調味料:
a. 鹹魚油一湯匙
b. 生抽一湯匙
c. 胡椒粉適量
d. 糖2茶匙
加入麥皮,撈勻,加入生粉一湯匙,撈勻。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油2湯匙。
2. 豬肉,放鑊內,壓平,轉最慢火,繼續煎,同時煎香四角,反轉繼續煎,冚蓋,焗煎5分鐘。
3. 轉大火,炸乾油分,擎乾油。
4. 完成,上碟,可享用。

Preparation:

4. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
