香港经济的弹性太大,像一张期权,历史很多次都快变成废纸了,但因为正股(大陆经济)稍微动了一下,价值就翻了几十百倍。这一次也是变得deep out of value了,但和前几次没有太多本质区别。

If you are already a senior and willing to refrain from all political activities and involvement, then retiring in HK shouldn’t be a problem. A lot of HKers have another citizenship. You can always leave at a moment’s notice if HK falls.
我喺越南嘅華人, 美藉(唔係中國人, I am Vietnamese American…. Lots of people asking me why not Chinese🤔 I just told them the fact that I was born in Việt Nam ☝️😎) 我老婆香港人… 2017喺我最後一次探親…. 我老婆, 外母和舅仔一家五口都移民…. 而家香港無親無戚🥲🥲 最重要適應環境☝️😎

我都係! US Census, what " ethnicity " box do you ✅ ? I've always checked " Chinese " . My 梅縣 Hakka family had lived in 越南 1870's-April 31,1975 ( Fall of Saigon )。我係「堤岸」生長。My older siblings and I can understand ( speak read write ) Chinese fluently. Big brother attended National Normal University in Taipei, Taiwan 1963-67 and he became a teacher @ junior high school in Tainan, Taiwan。

I am living in Vancouver for 35 yrs too. I was born and grad in HK before. Yes all places have their own issues just like all families have their own issues as well. However, I still like and live in Vancouver rest of my life! Period!!

I fled Hong Kong in 2019 and have been living in Vancouver since. I am grateful that Canada took me in. It is a land of freedom and democracy.

@@masterbear888 I can't agree more with you. I was also born and brought up in HK, but have migrated to Toronto and have lived here for 38 years; and will continue to live here until I am called back by my Lord.
Historical patterns of price movements are not common sense. It’s statistics. Common sense is good sense and sound judgment in practical matters either from knowledge or/and logical reasoning.
