Thanks Reynold’s family. Two idioms in this episode are very best described my situation now. I am now under the weather as I had a car accident last Wednesday, stayed in hospital and was discharged Sunday . What’s the differences between Broth, Soup, and Stock? I searched on the Internet but there are so many opinions, I can’t figure it out 😂
@thereynoldsfamily
Жыл бұрын
Good question! A broth is traditionally more meaty, dense and has a range of textures. Soup is traditionally smoother and the ingredients are blended. Stock is more water based and mixed with flavouring to enhance taste and can contain raising agents to increase the thickness of a soup, broth or sauce 😊
