XY6015L Step-Down Regulated Power Supply controlled via panel display or Modbus interface.
Module is OK in CV, when you won't be triggering switching to CC.
Pros: Synchronous rectifier, in CV low switching ripple 30mVpp @ 3A.
Cons: Soft start on CV output, rise to 99% in 2s, last 1% slowly sets after another 2s. "False" CC after toggling the output, not caused by the output capacitance, but by the firmware. High undershoots and overshoots when CC is triggered, too slow response.
Price: $20
Modbus Python app github.com/kbs...
Edit: Module has a two "DACs" (PWM output and RC circuit). PWM of the CC is constantly changing as the load changes. That's why there are these high voltage undershoots and overshoots.
You can connect LED directly to the output when CC is set to 10mA and CV is 3V, there will be an initial flash, output will go to 0V, 25s of thinking, then LED will be slowly turned on.
