❥材料INGREDIENTS :
忌廉芝士400克
赤藻糖醇60克
無糖黑芝麻醬50克
3蛋(中型蛋約60克/個)
淡忌廉200克
豆渣粉/椰子粉5克
前提準備功夫:
1.烤箱預熱220度
2.將忌廉芝士放至室溫(軟化)
做法:
1.忌廉芝士攪拌至乳化後加入代糖
2.分次加入3隻蛋
3.再加入無糖芝麻醬和淡忌廉
4.攪拌均勻後加入(豆渣粉/椰子粉)
**小提示:過篩一下口感更好
**這次用的是6寸模具
5.墊上油紙
6.放入烤箱:220度23分鐘
**不能馬上吃,需要放涼後冷藏3小時以上
**蛋糕會隨著冷藏的時間越來越結實(但最終狀態仍然是流心的)
**如果不想蛋糕是流心可以加長5分鐘時間
**視頻中的流心狀態是蛋糕冷藏了3小時,所以流動性比較高
**用溫熱的刀切出來的蛋糕會更完整更漂亮
Cream cheese 400g
Erythritol 60g
sugar free black sesame paste 50g
3 eggs (about 60 grams per medium egg)
whipping cream 200g
okara powder/coconut flour 5g

**The fluid state in the video is that the cake has been refrigerated for 3 hours, so the fluidity is relatively high
**The cake will be more complete and beautiful when cut with a warm knife
