魔鬼披薩Pizza Diavola
這款號稱魔鬼披薩,是用茄醬,奶酪,橄欖,羅勒,辣椒和意大利辣薩拉米腸做的。辣薩拉米腸加上辣椒的辣味,混合奶酪的香氣,卻不衝突不違和,反而給味蕾更大的刺激,大大增進食慾。喜歡吃辣的重口味朋友一定會對這款披薩欲罷不能的。
意大利辣薩拉米腸,是将肉的瘦肉和肥肉按一定比例打碎、混合、灌肠,然后在干燥室发酵,用盐、胡椒、酒、辣椒粉等调料腌制入味,经过一月至数月的风干后,一般就可以切成薄片或者整块销售。它不經任何烹飪,无需加热可以直接食用。一般使用的猪肉只能是那些散养的并且没有被冰冻过的猪肉。
天使披薩Pizza Figs
這款號稱天使披薩,是用馬卡斯彭奶酪混合濃奶油做基礎,加上意大利火腿薄片,無花果,烤制而成,再配上蜂蜜,芝麻菜,橄欖油和帕马森芝士,堪稱絕配。意大利火腿的咸和無花果的甜,加上芝麻菜的微苦,混合在一起,也是毫無衝突違和,相反美味更突出,更令人欲罷不能。
意大利火腿,主要有兩種,一種是生火腿(Prosciutto Crudo),另一種是熟火腿(Prosciutto Cotto)。熟火腿製作時先把火腿醃製幾週,然後放鍋裡煮熟,不需要花很長的時間進行風乾處理。
而生火腿的製作過程會長一些,需要在陰涼通風的地方等待乾燥,需要9個月到兩年不等。在意大利最為出名的火腿除了帕爾瑪火腿,還有比之更高級的聖丹尼火腿(San Daniele)。
帕马森乳酪(意大利语:Parmigiano-Reggiano,直译为帕尔马地方乳酪)是种硬质的乳酪,很多喜好乳酪者称该乳酪为乳酪之王。帕马森乳酪是从刚挤出的、因为重力而有一点点分离的牛生乳制造。传统上来说,可以提供牛生乳给帕马森乳酪的牛只能喂食草或干草。帕马森乳酪其他添加物据说还有天然的乳浆以及牛犊胃内膜帮助凝结,以及食用盐。整个制作及成熟过程为期两年,每天都可制作,可是天然环境会对最后成品造成影响。

Italian spicy salami is made by breaking, mixing, and enema of lean meat and fatty meat in a certain proportion, then fermenting in a drying room, marinating with seasonings such as salt, pepper, wine, chili powder, etc. After several months of air-drying, it can generally be cut into thin slices or sold in whole pieces. It can be eaten directly without any cooking and without heating. The pork used in general can only be those that are free-range and not frozen.
Pizza Figs
This so-called angel pizza is based on mascarpone cheese mixed with heavy cream, thinly sliced Italian ham, figs, and baked, then topped with honey, arugula, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. Perfect match. The saltiness of Italian ham and the sweetness of figs, combined with the bitterness of arugula, are mixed together, and there is no conflict or conflict. On the contrary, the deliciousness is more prominent and more addictive.
There are two main types of Italian ham, one is raw ham (Prosciutto Crudo) and the other is cooked ham (Prosciutto Cotto). When cooked ham is made, the ham is first marinated for a few weeks, and then cooked in the pot, without requiring a long time for air drying.
The production process of raw ham will be longer. It needs to wait for drying in a cool and ventilated place, which can take from 9 months to 2 years. In addition to Parma ham, the most famous ham in Italy is San Daniele.
Parmesan cheese (Italian: Parmigiano-Reggiano, literally translated as Parmesan local cheese) is a kind of hard cheese. Many cheese lovers call this cheese the king of cheese. Parmesan cheese is made from raw cow milk that has just been squeezed out and separated slightly by gravity. Traditionally, cows that can provide raw milk to Parmesan cheese can only feed grass or hay. Other additives to Parmesan cheese are said to be natural milk syrup and calf stomach lining to help coagulate, and table salt. The entire production and maturation process takes two years and can be produced every day, but the natural environment will affect the final product.
