I don't have breakfast for years because I like to go to gym with empty stomach in the early morning. After exercises I don't feel hungry , but thirsty until 11am. Maybe this is one of the reasons why I always keep slim and healthy. Thank you " Peng Ge" for your great sharing!

Same here.. I go to gym at round 5am with empty stomach, and only have my first meal around 12.30pm, perfectly skipped on 'pre-workout' + 'post workout' meal which suggested by most of the people. Sometimes I will also doubt with my current way as totally no food intake during golden hour after workout, but this is the way I feeling comfortable with, and suit to my lifestyle the most, end up I choose to follow my heart's voice, consistency should be more important than the rest.

same here. I just don't feel like eating until 2-3 hours after waking up. Excising on empty stomach is the best way to loss weight.

I don't have breakfast for 10 years because I like to go to gym with empty stomach 10-12AM After exercises I don't feel hungry THEN LUNCH AFTER NOON 2PM, THEN NO MORE MEAL , FEELING GREAT
